Omanyp is undergoing significant growth and transformation. The role leads talent acquisition strategy, drives executive recruitment, and oversees a large team to deliver scalable, compliant, and cost-effective hiring across corporate and operational units.

The ideal candidate will transform TA tech stacks, optimise processes, and partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning and nationalisation initiatives in the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Proven senior Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
• Experience leading high-volume and executive recruitment.
• Track record of improving recruitment processes and service delivery.
• Experience implementing or optimizing ATS and LMS.
• Strong transformation, change management, and stakeholder influence.
• Regional Middle East experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the talent strategy aligned to business growth.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across functions.
• Drive executive recruitment initiatives.
• Manage and develop a large team with direct reports.
• Enhance recruiting governance, metrics, and budgets.
• Transform talent technology platforms (ATS, LMS, AI tools).
• Oversee succession planning and leadership development.
• Support workforce planning and organisational change across projects.
• Provide analytics and reporting to executives.
• Champion nationalisation initiatives and diversification.
