HURMOZ RECRUITMENT CO is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator – Recruitment to support our recruitment operations and candidate sourcing activities. The role involves coordinating with recruitment agencies, sourcing partners, screening CVs, and ensuring ongoing follow-up until suitable candidates are provided.

This is a remote, full-time position with a 10-hour workday and one day off per week. The monthly salary is USD 200.

Qualifications

• Experience in candidate sourcing and CV screening.
• Experience with recruitment/manpower agencies preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple recruitment agencies.
• Strong English communication and research skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.
• Source suitable candidates according to job requirements.
• Request, collect, and organize CVs from agencies.
• Review and screen CVs against required qualifications.
• Follow up with agencies on pending and urgent requirements.
• Maintain records of candidates, agencies, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal Operations and Recruitment teams.
• Ensure CV requirements meet deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with agencies and candidates.
