Job summary

Confidential Company in Oman seeks an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding. You will collaborate with department heads to define vacancies and prepare job descriptions, advertising on Naukrigulf, GulfTalent, LinkedIn and other channels.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in recruitment and general HR operations, knowledge of local labor laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2–3 years HR/recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS/recruitment software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from planning to onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
• Advertise vacancies on portals and social channels; screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate salary negotiations and issue employment documents.
• Maintain HR records, employee files and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
