EYouth is seeking a Recruitment & Employer Engagement Specialist to support graduates from our training-to-employment program. The role focuses on building relationships with employers in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, sourcing job opportunities, and matching graduates to suitable roles.

You will coordinate interviews and hiring processes, provide CV and interview prep support, and follow up on placements to ensure successful 30-, 60-, and 90-day retention. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Management, Career Development, or related field.
  • 3+ years in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Job Placement, Employer Engagement, or related area.
  • Proven experience building employer relationships and sourcing opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and candidate matching processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, HR, and TA teams in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
  • Identify hiring opportunities and source vacancies in technology, programming, digital, IT, cybersecurity, data, and QA.
  • Match graduates with suitable roles based on skills and readiness.
  • Coordinate referrals, applications, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment & Employer Engagement Specialist to support the employment and placement of graduates from our training‑to‑employment program. The role will focus on building relationships with employers, sourcing job opportunities, matching graduates with suitable roles, coordinating interviews and hiring processes, and following up with graduates after placement. The ideal candidate should have proven experience and a strong understanding of the recruitment and labor markets in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
  • Identify hiring opportunities and source suitable vacancies, particularly in technology, programming, digital, IT, cybersecurity, data, and QA.
  • Match program graduates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, qualifications, interests, and readiness.
  • Coordinate candidate referrals, applications, interviews, assessments, employer feedback, offers, and onboarding.
  • Support graduates with CV reviews, interview preparation, mock interviews, and understanding employer expectations.
  • Represent the program at employer meetings, career fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of employers, vacancies, candidates, interviews, offers, placements, and retention.
  • Track placement progress and KPIs, identify challenges, and take appropriate actions to support employment targets.
  • Conduct post-placement follow-up with graduates and employers and support 30-, 60-, and 90-day retention checks.
  • Prepare regular reports on vacancies, recruitment progress, placements, and retention outcomes.
Qualifications And Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Career Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Job Placement, Employer Engagement, Workforce Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience building employer relationships and generating job opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and candidate-matching processes.
  • Experience in the Saudi and/or Bahrain labor market is highly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for technology or digital roles is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
  • Target-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, ATS/CRM, and recruitment or reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and Bahrain when required.
