You will handle posting jobs, maintain the candidate database, and support onboarding to ensure a positive candidate journey and successful integrations into the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor platforms is a plus.
