Job summary

EYouth is seeking a Recruitment & Employer Engagement Specialist to support graduates from our training-to-employment program. The role focuses on building relationships with employers in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, sourcing job opportunities, and matching graduates to suitable roles.

You will coordinate interviews and hiring processes, provide CV and interview prep support, and follow up on placements to ensure successful 30-, 60-, and 90-day retention. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Management, Career Development, or related field.
• 3+ years in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Job Placement, Employer Engagement, or related area.
• Proven experience building employer relationships and sourcing opportunities.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and candidate matching processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, HR, and TA teams in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
• Identify hiring opportunities and source vacancies in technology, programming, digital, IT, cybersecurity, data, and QA.
• Match graduates with suitable roles based on skills and readiness.
• Coordinate referrals, applications, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding.
