Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in billing and accounting operations within service-based business environments.
• Proficiency in financial systems, especially for reconciliation and month-end close.
• Ability to create SOPs and enhance operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage QuickBooks operations, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Generate, issue, and track quotes and invoices.
• Ensure synchronization of data between operational systems and accounting tools.
• Handle accounts receivable and follow-up on overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and improve SOPs for operational workflows.
