Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Support Operations Specialist to own and enhance an AI-powered customer support agent in a fully remote, international setup. You will optimize performance, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to deliver reliable AI-driven interactions.

The role emphasizes hands-on Intercom Fin configuration, strong communication, data-driven problem solving, and a proactive, customer-centric approach to expanding AI capabilities across journeys

Qualifications

• Hands-on Intercom Fin experience with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Optimize AI support performance by improving resolution rates, accuracy, satisfaction, and escalation decisions.
• Maintain accurate knowledge by collaborating with policy/product experts to ensure reliable AI responses.
• Analyze performance and identify root causes from resolutions, escalations, and failed interactions.
• Test and measure enhancements; document results and evaluate impact on performance.
• Configure AI behavior and workflows to ensure empathetic, clear, accurate interactions.
• Improve human handoffs to ensure smooth escalation to human agents.
• Expand AI capabilities to additional products and complex journeys.
• Monitor emerging AI tech, run experiments, and recommend practical innovations.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and knowledge owners to resolve issues and improve AI capabilities.
• Communicate results and build feedback loops with Customer Care leadership.
