Job summary

Quality Equipment Rental LLC is seeking an Accountant to provide administrative and financial accounting support to the Senior Accountant. The role focuses on processing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and paying suppliers in a timely manner.

You will handle daily invoicing, reconciliations, and correspondence with departments to resolve any issues, while maintaining accurate records in MS Dynamics GP and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day purchase invoices, verify prices, investigate discrepancies.
• Authorize invoices for payment with department managers and match to POs where applicable.
• Record invoices in MS Dynamics GP with correct account codes and post payments.
• Organize payment runs and prepare cheques after invoice authorization.
• Handle inquiries related to invoices/payments via phone and email.
• Set up new supplier accounts and amend existing supplier details.
• Reconcile daily petty cash and perform account reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
