Jobgether is seeking a Payment Support Specialist for a partner fintech, focused on delivering seamless customer experiences in a fast-growing, blockchain-aware environment. This fully remote role supports users and partners, resolves payment issues, and guides through payment processes within an international, distributed team.

You will work across CRM systems, helpdesk tools, and product teams, investigating incidents, documenting interactions, and contributing to product improvements.

Qualificações

• High proficiency in English and Russian with strong written and verbal skills.
• Background in customer support within fintech, payment services, or digital products.
• Understanding of payment processes and compliance basics.
• Analytical and structured approach to investigations and problem solving.
• Excellent customer service, empathy, and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer assistance via email, live chat, and ticketing systems.
• Handle payment inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting for users and partners.
• Explain payment flows and options to help users navigate services.
• Investigate incidents and collaborate with technical teams to resolve problems.
• Document interactions and resolutions in CRM and knowledge bases.
• Contribute to FAQs and support documentation; improve workflows.
