Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an IT Operations & Cybersecurity Specialist to join a distributed team supporting multiple clients. The role is remote, with hands-on IT administration, user support, and security initiatives across cloud platforms and devices.

You will manage Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, onboard devices with MDM, and contribute to incident response and ISO 27001 alignments. Strong English and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on IT operations or similar tech role.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with MDM such as Intune or Jamf and device enrollment.
• Scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash or Python for automation.
• Strong English communication; German an advantage.
• Able to work remotely across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT administration for users, groups, permissions, and licenses.
• Onboard and manage Windows/macOS devices in MDM; coordinate handovers.
• Handle first-line support and basic troubleshooting; escalate complex incidents.
• Perform weekly maintenance checks: patches, backups, security alerts.
• Document fixes, SOPs, and runbooks to improve ops.
