Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospital Administration / Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 1 year experience in provider relations functionality at GCC.
• Knowledge related to medical terminology / ICD & CPT Codes.
• Industry knowledge related to local healthcare services system.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider relationships and resolve network-related issues.
• Monitor complaints and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Deliver provider training and orientation programs.
• Handle client-specific tasks and daily operations.
• Provide management updates and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Design and implement network surveys for market insights.
• Lead network-related projects and assignments under Head of Department.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements across provider management.
• Conduct onsite visits to deliver training and address operational issues.
