Job summary

• At least 1 year of related food and beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients; follow recipes and safety standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food quality.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow safety policies; report maintenance needs to manager.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; communicate clearly.
• Stand or move for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds.
