Job summary

St. Regis in Muscat is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support daily food preparation and ensure quality standards are met. You will portion, chop, and store ingredients, and operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

You will monitor temperatures, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety policies while collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Previous kitchen experience is preferred and professionalism is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Monitor food quality and ensure proper temperatures and portions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of workstation; follow safety policies.
