Job summary

Purimedika is seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the clinic in Muscat. You will coordinate patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and budgeting to ensure efficient operations and a high-quality patient experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration and 3–5 years' healthcare operations experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years in clinic/healthcare admin or medical operations management.
• Experience supervising healthcare or administrative teams.
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory procurement, and operational reporting.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and service delivery.
• Coordinate patient registration, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Supervise administrative and support staff and assist with workforce planning.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure staffing coverage.
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, service quality, and KPIs.
• Establish and improve SOPs and workflows.
• Maintain high standards of patient service, privacy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other staff.
• Manage clinic supplies, inventory, and procurement requirements.
• Monitor expenses and assist budgeting and financial management.
• Coordinate billing and insurance processes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support quality assurance audits and continuous improvement programs.
• Address patient concerns and coordinate solutions to service issues.
