Job summary

Allianz Partners in Oman seeks an Assistant Manager for Medical Provider Management (MPM) to efficiently manage the provider network and onboarding of medical providers, ensuring a diverse and cost-efficient portfolio for the Allianz group. The role supports the MPM Senior Manager in leading the local team and provider relationships.

The incumbent will drive tariff negotiations, regulatory deliverables under local guidance, and collaboration with regulators, hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree; Medical background preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a network administration environment, preferably in hospitals/insurers.
• Able to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Oman MPM provider network and em panelment processes.
• Negotiate tariffs and service terms with hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting to regional leadership.
• Drive cost containment and financial savings through network optimization.
• Coordinate with regulators, providers, legal, claims and IT for regulatory requirements.
• Oversee ePrescriptions rollout and CPT pricing alignment across contracted providers.
• Produce regular regional and local MPM cost analyses.
• Maintain data accuracy for provider hierarchies and trackers.
