Job summary

Zoomlion is seeking a qualified HR Specialist to join its Oman team. The role focuses on HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with Omani Labour Law.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and records, while forecasting hiring needs and maintaining accurate HR documentation. Strong SAP/ERP experience and Oman experience are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR or recruitment experience, including Oman.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Omani Labour Law and HR operations.
• Experience with HR software, ERP, and SAP.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Omani nationals only.
• Maximum age: 35 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
• Monitor attendance and monthly KPI submissions.
• Forecast hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Manage onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, warning letters, and termination letters.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Omani Labour Law.
• Manage employee targets, reports, and HR activities.
