Responsibilities

• Handle employee onboarding and ensure new team members receive required documents.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll preparation.
• Ensure compliance with Omani labor laws and internal HR procedures.
• Coordinate HR documentation including contracts and certificates.
• Assist with performance reviews and employee relations.
