Job summary

Tawteen in Oman is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions, policies, and day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with Oman Labour Law and MOL regulations. You will liaise with the Ministry of Labour and other government authorities, develop local HR policies, guide management on labour matters, and maintain strong employee relations to support a healthy workplace.

The role requires a Master’s degree in HR or related field (Bachelor’s considered with proven capability)

Qualifications

• Master's level HR/related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree considered with experience and capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all HR functions, policies, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with Oman Labour Law and MOL regulations.
• Liaise with Ministry of Labour and other government authorities.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local regulations.
• Provide guidance on labour law, policies, and HR matters.
• Maintain positive employee relations and healthy workplace environment.
• Prepare HR and manpower reports for management.
• Collaborate with management to address workforce requirements.
• Stay updated on changes to Oman Labour Law and MOL regulations.
