Job summary

DMC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a prominent hospitality group based in Muscat, Oman. The role oversees multi-unit operations, ensuring high service standards, strong financial controls, and efficient daily management across all stores.

The candidate will lead a diverse team, implement SOPs, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and drive guest satisfaction while delivering growth targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory/operational reporting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning and execution across all stores to ensure consistency.
• Manage end-to-end daily operations and maintain readiness during business hours.
• Recruit, train and motivate staff; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Maintain product quality, service standards and guest satisfaction; handle complaints.
• Oversee inventory, procurement costs, waste reduction, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, safety standards and local regulations.
• Drive sales targets, monitor daily reports and optimize profitability.
