Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is seeking a Server to join our Food & Beverage team in Oman. You will greet guests, maintain service standards, assist with VIP amenities, and ensure accurate billing while delivering a warm, professional experience.

Experience in luxury properties is preferred; strong English communication and knowledge of the restaurant's concept are required to effectively explain our F&B offerings to guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Server in a luxury property is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Ability to operate the software system to process orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the restaurant at all times.
• Prepare VIP amenities in line with Legendary Quality Standards.
• Ensure dishes are presented per hotel standards and F&B specs.
• Deliver service in a friendly, courteous, efficient manner.
• Upsell services and products to guests to increase revenue.
• Handle billing procedures according to cashiering policies.
• Report guest comments or complaints to the manager on duty.
