Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Muscat is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team within our Food and Beverage division of a luxury hotel. You will ensure service excellence, maintain MO standards, and support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bar service and ensure high standards.
• Coordinate daily bar activities and back-up for the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Ensure correct setup of bar for all meal periods and stations while maintaining MO standards.
