Job summary

AMOUAGE in Muscat is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support talent acquisition for our luxury brand. You will source, screen, engage candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment journey, building strong pipelines in a global luxury environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in recruitment or HR, excellent English, and a proactive, people-focused approach, with familiarity of LinkedIn and recruitment tools. Arabic is a plus and a bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Psychology is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in Recruitment or HR.
• Fashion, luxury, or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, curious, and people-focused.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
