Job summary

AMOUAGE in Muscat is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting end-to-end recruitment across luxury fashion and retail. You will source, engage candidates and screen applicants to build strong pipelines that reflect the House’s spirit.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in recruitment or HR, excellent communication, a proactive mindset, and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Recruitment or HR.
• Fashion, luxury, or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, curious, and people-focused.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process across our international operations.
• Source and engage exceptional talent for various roles in luxury sectors.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
• Create a memorable candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Ensure onboarding process requirements are in place.
