Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar coordination, operations, supply chain or brand support role, preferably within a luxury or beauty environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Familiarity with logistics processes, shipment documentation, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end flow of NPD and BRD shipments.
• Create and maintain an organized stock archives system.
• Lead development of collateral materials for important launches.
