Job summary

Jumeirah Muscat Bay is seeking an Outlet Manager for its Food & Beverage division. The role leads day-to-day restaurant operations, guiding a high-performing team and ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and presentation standards.

You will develop and manage the annual business plan with the Director of F&B, monitor guest satisfaction, and drive marketing, PR, and cost controls to sustain a top guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a relevant field.
• Master’s Degree in Hotel Management is desirable.
• Health and Safety Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, providing leadership and ensuring high service, food quality, and presentation standards.
• Develop and manage the annual business plan, revenue targets, budgets, and forecasts with the Director of F&B, taking corrective actions where required.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond effectively to feedback and complaints, and maintain a positive restaurant image and exceptional guest experience.
• Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives while monitoring competitor activities, customer trends, and industry developments.
• Manage purchasing, stock, and food cost controls, ensuring high-quality products while minimizing waste, loss, and unnecessary expenses.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment procedures while continuously identifying opportunities to improve restaurant performance and maintain a competitive advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a relevant field

Master’s Degree in Hotel Management is desirable

Health and Safety Certification is desirable
