Job summary

Jumeirah Muscat Bay is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to join the Food & Beverage team in Muscat. You will warmly welcome guests at the hostess desk, manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate with service colleagues to deliver a seamless dining experience.

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma (hospitality degree preferred), be proficient in Microsoft Office, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or secondary education; hospitality degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Micros and Epicure Reservation systems.
• Excellent English communication; strong customer service and teamwork.
• Professional, proactive with strong organizational skills and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Staff hostess desk and welcome guests warmly and promptly.
• Manage reservations and bookings per SOP and F&B standards.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and coordinate with service colleagues.
• Provide personalized service to VIPs and regular guests, noting preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant operations, seating plans, and local information.
• Attend required trainings and keep hostess area clean and organized.
