Job summary

Experience in Oman seeks a seasoned leader to oversee all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service, with a focus on guest and employee satisfaction and financial performance.

The role requires knowledge of applicable F&B laws, ability to develop and implement business plans, budget stewardship, and strong team leadership to drive service excellence across all F&B outlets.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage operations management.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of applicable food and beverage laws and regulations.
• Ability to implement business plans for food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments.
• Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
• Utilizes budgets to understand financial objectives.
• Oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.
• Creates and nurtures a property environment emphasizing motivation, empowerment, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Provides leadership, vision and direction to prioritize departmental goals.

Education

High school diploma or GED

2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
