Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Muscat, Oman, seeks a Duty Manager to lead Front Office operations during shifts and ensure world-class guest service. You will coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and F&B to deliver seamless experiences for our guests in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a luxury hotel and 1–2 years in a leadership role, with excellent English communication and PMS knowledge. This role emphasizes service recovery and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years in a luxury hotel environment.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a Duty Manager or similar leadership role.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Front Office operations during shifts and ensure service standards.
• Serve as primary contact for guest concerns, complaints and service recovery.
• Coordinate between Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments.
• Monitor guest arrivals, departures, VIP movements and special requests.
• Maintain shift reports, handover notes and incident records.
