Job summary

Gender is seeking a Logistics, Supply Chain & Procurement professional to manage and improve local Local Shops operations. You will lead vendor management, optimise processes and build a capable local operations team to drive efficiency and growth across the market.

Collaborating with the Head of Local Shops, Sales and Regional Ops, you will shape strategy, monitor KPI performance, oversee 3PL procurement and ensure compliant, data-driven improvements across all Local Shops verticals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in grocery ops or food/tech business.
• Ability to build relationships and motivate peers.
• Strong collaboration and effective communication.
• Ability to manage upwards and influence regionally.
• Empathetic approach to workflows.
• Present complex problems clearly with data-driven root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own local Local Shops operations and vendor management.
• Drive operational efficiency to support sales and growth.
• Lead 3PL procurement analysis and invoicing.
• Develop and train the local content team.
• Collaborate with Sales to align strategy and opportunities.
• Partner with Regional Ops and key accounts for insights.
• Define and implement local initiatives with data-driven metrics.
• Audit compliance and simplify processes.
• Lead by example and train the team.
