Job summary

Gender in Muscat seeks a Logistics Leader to drive end-to-end performance across the Local Shops ecosystem. You will own vendor compliance, store fulfillment, assortment quality, and shopper cost efficiency, building scalable, data-driven operations for sustained growth.

Lead ground operations and optimize workforce while coordinating with Logistics, Commercial, Campaigns and Marketing to ensure service quality and readiness across all vendors and stores.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of key operations KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, prioritization and execution under fast-paced conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational performance across the Local Shops ecosystem.
• Own day-to-day ground Operations, Vendor Performance, and Store Operations teams.
• Drive Shopper Cost (CPO) efficiency through staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workload distribution.
• Oversee assortment governance including SKU onboarding, promo and price parity, and data feeds reliability.
• Monitor vendor performance, monitoring rules, compensation, fraud prevention, and compliance.
• Improve in-store workflows for picking, packing, checkout, and dispatching and ensure timely rider pickup.
