Job summary

OQ seeks a senior IT Operations leader to drive enterprise services for OQ8. You will oversee the Service Desk, IT Service Management, SAP support and infrastructure. Lead multi-disciplinary teams across data centres, networks and applications while ensuring security, governance and regulatory alignment.

You will manage budgets, vendor contracts and project portfolios, delivering reliable IT services with minimal disruption to operations in a large industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, Engineering or related field.
• 14 years of relevant IT Operations experience in a large industrial organization, preferably oil and gas.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering IT services.
• Strong budgeting, procurement, contract management and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT Operations for OQ8 under delegated authority.
• Oversee Service Desk, End User Support and IT Service Management.
• Monitor performance, SLAs, capacity, risks and improvement actions.
• Manage SAP support services and SAP-related operations.
• Govern and monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance.
• Plan roll-outs of IT service changes and manage security compliance.
• Oversee SAP, data centre, networks and disaster recovery readiness.
