OQ8 is seeking a senior leader to manage Technical Support Services & Quality Assurance across operations, under COO direction, delivering asset integrity, process optimization, and laboratory services to meet downstream objectives with high quality and value. The role requires 16+ years in engineering within oil and gas, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering of Chemistry, and proven leadership.

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering of Chemistry.
• 16+ years in engineering within oil and gas.
• Proven leadership experience in technical services/quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Support Services & Quality Assurance initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee asset integrity, process optimization, and laboratory services.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and HSE requirements.
• Develop talent and leadership within the TSD and QA teams.
