Job summary

Experience is seeking a dynamic IT leader to own and transform the plant's IT and OT landscape across multiple sites. You will set strategic direction for IT infrastructure and cloud, lead cloud adoption and migration, and ensure seamless technology operations.

You will also guide IT teams, manage budgets, enforce security, and align IT initiatives with business goals, driving resilience and efficiency across global facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers)
• Experience leading IT/OT landscape transformation.
• Experience across IT infrastructure and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with the plant's business objectives and growth strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team across infrastructure, cloud, networks, and support functions.
• Manage and govern cloud infrastructure on GCP / AWS / Azure or hybrid environments.
• Lead application and cloud migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum cost efficiency.
• Implement cloud security best practices, access controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Manage SLAs, cloud vendor relationships, and licensing agreements.
• Administer and maintain servers on Windows and Linux environments.
• Own Data Center operations, uptime, and standards compliance.
• Manage a server estate of 2025 servers, ensuring performance, patching, and availability.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning across all IT systems.
• Oversee backup strategies, data integrity, and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Drive automation of server administration and routine IT operations.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, uptime, and incident response.
• Plan and design network architecture for both IT Network and OT (Operational Technology) Network.
• Lead switch configuration, network design, and Greenfield network implementation for new sites.
• Set up and manage remote network monitoring for all locations.
• Oversee CCTV and camera surveillance systems infrastructure.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection.
• Ensure IT compliance with local regulations, data protection standards, and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and staff awareness training.
• Prepare and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with technology vendors and service providers.
• Track ROI on IT investments and present findings to leadership.
