Job summary

Oman Refinery seeks a seasoned IT Operations leader to manage the IDS-driven IT service delivery for OQ8, including Service Desk, infrastructure, and SAP operations. You will oversee change delivery, security controls, and disaster recovery planning while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Candidates should have 14+ years in IT operations, strong leadership, and extensive SAP experience to align IT services with business goals and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 14+ years of relevant experience in IT Operations and leadership roles.
• Experience in IT operations (systems analysis, networks, data centre, servers, platforms).
• Experience with SAP application support, IT service delivery, and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team and activities for IT Operations for OQ8.
• Oversee service desk, end-user support, and IT infrastructure operations.
• Manage SAP operations and vendor SLAs to ensure reliable delivery.
• Plan and roll out IDS service changes with minimal disruption.
• Ensure information security procedures across IT systems and recovery plans.
