Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a seasoned IT Operations professional to lead and optimise information systems across Hyatt's hospitality properties. The role focuses on supporting IS hardware, software modules, and backups while aligning with Hyatt design standards and financial targets.

You will manage IT staff, drive productivity, and ensure high standards of security and data integrity within a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT operations.
• Experience in hospitality or large-scale operational environments is preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to hotel management to minimise overhead and maximise productivity.
• Support operation of the hotel IS system hardware, modules and PCs.
• Coordinate timely repair and return to service of faulty systems or equipment.
• Establish data backup procedures and security measures for IS systems.
• Rebuild data corrupted by hardware or software faults.
