Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of engineering personnel in maintenance and repair of hotel assets.
• Recruit, hire and train staff; set high performance standards and ensure coverage per business needs.
• Ensure hotel facilities, equipment and systems are kept in safe, compliant condition and maintained to brand standards.
• Monitor costs, inventory and procurement for maintenance dept. and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with other departments and support pre-event planning for AV and technical requirements.
