Job summary

Euro Staffs is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Sales Executive in Muscat to drive project-based air conditioning system sales. You will engage with MEP contractors, consultants, developers and project owners to identify opportunities and convert them into orders.

Responsibilities include managing bids, coordinating with engineering and estimation teams, and building long-term customer relationships while staying abreast of market trends and competitive activity in Oman.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of Oman/GCC experience in HVAC/AC project sales.
• Strong experience in selling Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC and VRF/VRV systems.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Proven track record in business development and project sales.
• Strong network with MEP contractors, consultants, developers and project owners in Oman.
• CRM experience and ability to prepare technical/commercial proposals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of HVAC project systems for projects.
• Generate new business through market visits, client meetings, networking, and business development activities.
• Identify potential accounts and develop relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.
• Promote and sell HVAC products along with related MEP solutions based on customer and project requirements.
• Manage project sales opportunities and actively follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
