Job summary

First Capital Financial and Management Consulting is seeking a skilled HVAC Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Muscat. The successful candidate will promote and sell HVAC systems, design solutions to meet customer needs, and ensure strong customer relationships are maintained, contributing to seamless project execution and after-sales support.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and proven expertise in HVAC Engineering. Experience in sales within the HVAC industry is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in HVAC Engineering, HVAC Design, and general HVAC systems.
• Previous experience in sales or a client-facing role, specifically within the HVAC industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices is desirable.

• Proven expertise in HVAC Engineering, HVAC Design, and general HVAC systems
• Proficiency in Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) for planning and drafting HVAC solutions
• Knowledge and experience in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems
• Strong technical problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in sales or a client‑facing role, specifically within the HVAC industry, is a plus
