Job summary

voco Muscat Al Mouj is seeking a Learning & Quality Manager to foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence across all departments. You will ensure that all team members have the necessary skills, knowledge, and service standards aligned with the voco brand and IHG guidelines.

You will lead quality assurance programs, monitor guest feedback, and drive improvement initiatives to sustain a Reliably Different guest experience while embedding voco’s service behaviours across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Hospitality or Education.
• 3–5 years in learning & development or quality in hospitality.
• Experience with IHG or upscale/lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of training design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that support hotel operations and growth.
• Conduct training needs analysis and deliver targeted interventions.
• Lead onboarding and induction aligned with voco and IHG standards.
• Facilitate soft skills, customer service, and leadership programs.
• Partner with department heads to support training initiatives and mandatory requirements.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports for management and IHG.
• Lead quality management, audits, and guest feedback programs.
• Develop action plans with department heads to drive guest satisfaction.
