Job summary

Tanqeeb is hiring an F&B Supervisor for voco Muscat Al Mouj to oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring service excellence and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in supervision, strong leadership, English communication, and POS/inventory system proficiency, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will lead by example, coach staff, monitor hygiene and safety, and help deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in food and beverage supervision within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good English communication; POS/inventory proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring timely, professional service.
• Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in service areas.
• Lead, coach, and motivate F&B staff; manage shifts and staffing within budget.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements; ensure brand standards are met.
• Assist in cost control, stock management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
