Job summary

Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences, part of Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Assistant Learning & Development Manager to coordinate and evaluate training programs, ensuring service excellence and career growth for team members.

You will support the annual L&D strategy, manage the LMS, and drive compliance while collaborating with department heads to identify training needs. Excellent English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Learning & Development Assist in the implementation of the annual Learning & Development strategy and training calendar.
• Coordinate all mandatory and operational training programs.
• Deliver induction and orientation programs for all new team members.
• Facilitate brand culture, service excellence, and guest experience training.
• Support departmental trainers in planning and delivering monthly training sessions.
• Assist in developing leadership and supervisory development programs.
• Coordinate cross-exposure and cross-training initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning throughout the hotel.
