Job summary

Marriott International’s Courtyard brand seeks a Front Office leader to oversee Bell Staff, Switchboard, Guest Services and Front Desk operations in Muscat. You will direct a team, ensure guest arrival and departure processes are seamless, and drive guest satisfaction while maximizing department financial performance.

You will lead with integrity, coach staff, manage daily operations, and align actions with hotel goals, SOPs, and local policies to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in guest services/front desk or related area.
• Or 2-year degree in Hospitality/Business with 2 years in guest services/front desk or related area.

Responsibilities

• Direct front office functions including Bell Staff, Switchboard, Guest Services, Front Desk and Gift Shop.
• Lead and develop front office team; ensure guest arrival/departure processes run smoothly.
• Advise on budget, goals, and financial performance of the department.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and optimize service quality.
• Manage day-to-day operations and staffing; monitor performance and provide coaching.
