Job summary

Experience in Muscat seeks a Front Office Department Head to oversee Bell Staff, Switchboard, Guest Services/Front Desk and Retail/Gift Shop as applicable. You will direct managers and staff to execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures, while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will lead a high-performing team, set performance expectations, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure SOP/LSOP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services/front desk.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services/front desk.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guest Services Team and supervise Front Office operations.
• Achieve goals for guest satisfaction, budgets, and department performance.
• Ensure compliance with Front Office policies and SOPs/LSOPs.
• Develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Manage day-to-day operations and staff scheduling.
