Responsibilities

• Generate revenue for assigned accounts and territories.
• Own revenue opportunities from start to finish.
• Build and grow business relationships within assigned accounts, channels, and/or geographies.
• Act as the internal customer advocate, coordinating across functional departments to resolve customer requests and needs.
• Provide transparency to customers regarding orders and requests, offering pre-emptive solutions to significant matters impacting their experience.
• Engage in direct customer communication through various channels.
• Manage orders across the Panduit fulfillment chain.
• Handle information and exception management.
