Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive development and management of multiple product categories in large retailers (FMCG).
• Built teams and led cross-functional projects at scale.
• Willing to do anything necessary for the project to succeed, including hands-on tasks on the floor or with customers.

Responsabilités

• Own category management including assortments, pricing, offers and supply.
• Monitor sales, gross margin, profit and loss against commercial strategy.
• Implement pricing strategy and category plans; provide input to Ops flows and tools.
• Negotiate with local suppliers and manage local assortment for departments/categories.
• Lead regional/international contracts information and forecast replenishment needs.
• Develop country promotion calendar and ensure effective execution of promos.
