Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager/Supervisor for operations at Central Salalah, Sultanate of Oman. You will oversee export logistics for gypsum and chromite, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery to international clients and compliance with shipping regulations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with mining partners, ports, shipping agents, and customs to secure permits, declarations, and payment workflows, while ensuring on-time berthing and cargo

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the mining or commodities sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with mining companies to ensure stock of required specs before ship acceptance and timely delivery to port stockyard.
• Coordinate with the port to ensure correct ship nomination with laycan and ETA updates.
• Coordinate with the shipping agent to track the ship and obtain cargo declarations and proforma invoices, and obtain the pre-stowage plan from the ship master.
• Coordinate with CHA/customs clearing agent to submit export permit applications and ensure required fees are paid and bayan is received.
