Job summary

Newrest Group in Oman seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead IFM operations for client offices. You will manage a team delivering housekeeping, maintenance, admin and pantry services, ensuring service quality and compliance across sites.

You will oversee staff hiring, training, discipline and development, while coordinating preventive maintenance, inspections and safety programs with internal teams and third‑party contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities and service teams including housekeeping, maintenance and admin/pantry support.
• Ability to oversee administrative, technical and support staff performance and training.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and manage the IFM contract for client offices.
• Lead a team providing housekeeping, maintenance, admin and pantry services.
• Supervise administrative services staff; hire, train and manage conduct and performance.
• Plan and organize operations and reliability of facilities and infrastructure systems.
• Establish and monitor preventive maintenance and inspections programs.

Manage a team of housekeeping, maintenance, admin',pantry services.

Supervises administrative services skilled andtechnical/support staff. Hires, evaluates, trains, disciplines and recommendsdismissal of staff asnecessary.

Plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the operationsand reliability of facilities and general infrastructure systems. Establishesand monitors preventative maintenance processes and programs and facilityinspection processes for on-going review of maintenance work.

Participates in/on a variety of meetings, committees(including chairing), task forces, and/or other related groups to communicateinformation regarding services, programs, areas of opportunity, and/or otherpertinentinformation as appropriate
