Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Muscat is seeking a Leisure Sales Executive to drive luxury leisure business and exceed regional revenue targets. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers and other leisure partners in assigned markets.

The ideal candidate will be German-speaking, Omani national, and capable of proactive account management, face-to-face sales calls, site inspections, and collaboration with Reservations, Revenue, Front Office,

Qualifications

• Experience in leisure sales and account management.
• Strong relationship-building with travel partners.
• German-speaking required; Omani national preferred as stated in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Drive leisure business and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with leisure partners (travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers).
• Identify new opportunities, implement sales strategies, and increase market share in leisure segment.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, Marketing and Events to convert opportunities.
