Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Muscat is seeking a German-speaking Leisure Sales Executive to join the Sales and Marketing team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with leisure accounts, including travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, consortia and other partners across assigned markets.

You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing leisure accounts, implement sales strategies, and work to increase the hotel’s market share within the leisure segment.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency required
• Experience in luxury hospitality or sales is preferred
• Omani national status is required

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply all hotel policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with leisure partners and key accounts.
• Conduct face-to-face and telephonic sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
• Develop and implement leisure sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate account information and produce timely performance updates.
